Students must submit ONE application for the academic year to apply for ALL scholarships, including Foundation, Leadership, and Tuition Waivers. We encourage you to complete and submit your application as soon as possible to receive priority consideration.

PLEASE NOTE: (Ticket to Rose): If you are a 2025 high school graduate eligible for Ticket to Rose, you no longer need to submit a scholarship application to apply for the program. It's an automatic process of applying to the college and completing the steps on the Ticket to Rose webpage. Click here to see the follow-up steps. IMPORTANT: You must be a resident of the State of Oklahoma and a US citizen to receive a scholarship or tuition waiver. To apply, you must be admitted to the college and have your 7-digit ID#. If you have not applied for admission, you may apply now at apply.rose.edu/apply. Once complete, you will receive your student ID number by email shortly thereafter and can proceed with this application.  If awarded, notifications will be sent to the email address you entered when you created your account.
