2022-2023 General Scholarship Application Summer/Fall 2022, and Spring 2023 January 1, 2022 - December 31, 2022

To apply for ALL scholarships, students will need to only submit ONE application for the academic year. This includes ALL Foundation, Leadership, Tuition Waivers, and Ticket to Rose scholarships. We encourage you to complete and submit your application at your earliest convenience in order to receive priority consideration.

IMPORTANT: In order to apply, you must be admitted to the college and have your 7 digit ID#. If you have not applied for admission, you may apply now at rose.edu/apply. Once complete, you will receive your student ID number by email shortly thereafter and can proceed with this application.
If awarded, notifications will be sent to the email address you entered when you created your account. Please note: This login is different than oasis and canvas.

(Create an account if you have never submitted an online scholarship application.) Please do not create multiple accounts. We recommend you use your Rose State email address or a personal one that you check often. Be sure to keep your user id and password in a safe place in case you need to log back in to submit your application, accept your award, or apply for scholarships next academic year.

(Click here if you previously created an account, submitted an application last year or have already began the current application.) You will be asked for the username and the password you entered when you first created your account. Passwords are case sensitive. If you forgot your password, hit the "forgot password" button and a temporary one will be emailed to you.
