To apply for ALL scholarships, students will need to only submit ONE application for the academic year. This includes ALL Foundation, Leadership, and Tuition Waivers scholarships. We encourage you to complete and submit your application at your earliest convenience in order to receive priority consideration.
PLEASE NOTE: (Ticket to Rose): If you are a 2024 high school graduate that is eligible for Ticket to Rose, there is no longer a need to submit a scholarship application to apply for the program. It's an automatic process by applying to the college and completing the steps listed on the Ticket to Rose webpage. Click here to see follow up steps. IMPORTANT: You must be a resident of the State of Oklahoma in order to receive a scholarship. In order to apply, you must be admitted to the college and have your 7 digit ID#. If you have not applied for admission, you may apply now at rose.edu/apply. Once complete, you will receive your student ID number by email shortly thereafter and can proceed with this application. If awarded, notifications will be sent to the email address you entered when you created your account. Please note: This login is different than oasis and canvas.

We recommend you use your Rose State email address or a personal one that you check often. Be sure to keep your user id and password in a safe place in case you need to log back in to submit your application, accept your award, or apply for scholarships next academic year.

You will be asked for the username and the password you entered when you first created your account. Passwords are case sensitive. If you forgot your password, hit the "forgot password" button and a temporary one will be emailed to you.
